Cases of HIV Increased Among Young Black Men

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta reported that the number of HIV/ AIDS diagnoses from 2001 to 2006 among African-American men who have sex with men have increased by 12.4 percent. However, what is more alarming is that a 93.1 percent increase occurred among black men between the ages 13 to 24 years.
