Nobel Prize winner Warns HIV Vaccine May Never Be Found

A Nobel laureate has claimed that a vaccine for the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) may never be found. President Bush Releases Global and Domestic HIV/AIDS Funding

United States President George W Bush released last February 5, 2008, a budget proposal for a $3.1-trillion funding for global and domestic HIV/AIDS programs. Under this proposal, $4.8 billion would be allocated for the Global HIV/AIDS Initiative that forms the bulk of funding for the Presidential Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, as well as $1.6 billion for child survival and health programs.
